Returns & Refunds Policy:
All Sales Final on Cards & Collectibles
Spark Societies specializes in rare and valuable collectibles. To protect the integrity of these items, all sales are final once an order is placed.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

Buyer's Remorse: This includes changing your mind, finding a better price elsewhere, or not liking the item upon arrival.

Grading Discrepancies: Subjective opinions on a card's condition or grade do not constitute grounds for a return. We provide detailed descriptions and high-resolution images for this reason.

Opened Products: The value of sealed products (booster boxes, packs, etc.) is destroyed upon opening. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on any opened product for any reason.

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, unread, and in original condition with all tags attached. Graphic novels must be in resellable condition with no spine breaks, creases, or marks.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the cost of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Policy for Items Damaged During Shipping or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging and fulfilling your orders. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery receipt. Claims reported after this window will not be accepted.

Provide clear photographic evidence of the shipping box, packaging, and the damaged or incorrect item.

Do not open any sealed products related to the claim. Opening them will void the claim.

All our shipments are fully insured. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Reimbursement is subject to the approval of the carrier's insurance claim. Once the claim is approved, we will issue a full refund (including shipping costs).
