Shipping Policy

At Spark Societies Enterprises, we want to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Below is everything you need to know about shipping when you order from our store.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details when available.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Shipping 
    • Standard Shipping: Adjusted to USPS Rates (Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days)
    • Expedited Shipping: Adjusted to USPS Rates (Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days)
    • Free Shipping on orders over $[200].
  • International Shipping:
    • We ship to the following countries: The United States of America and do not have international shipping available at this moment.  Please check back for International Shipping, coming soon.

Note: Shipping rates may vary based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

3. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders: Standard delivery takes approximately 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Please note that these are estimates, and while we strive to meet these timeframes, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to external factors like weather conditions, customs processing, and courier delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment via the carrier’s website.
  • If you haven’t received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at sparksocietiesenterprises@gmail.com 

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship outside the United States.

7. Order Issues or Delays

  • If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us immediately at sparksocietiesenterprises@gmail.com. We will do everything we can to assist in resolving the issue, including working with the carrier if necessary.
  • While we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, we aim to ensure you are happy with your shopping experience.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work to resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or offering a refund.

9. Packaging

  • We take great care to package your items securely to prevent damage during shipping. However, if your item is received damaged, please follow the steps in our Return Policy to initiate a return.
